I have no idea why scores are so low. Aetna has been wonderful Will re-up next year. I have had several other Medicare plans over the years with none being as consumer friendly as this one.

Tree years ago, Aetna gave me $600 to buy sports equipment. I regret I did not know it was available also the year before. I purchased a STAR 12 foot inflatable Kayak. I just came in from kayaking on Lake Norman. I have kayaked, after pumping it up with air for 20 minutes, in Texas, South Dakota, Montana, Colorado, and Missouri. I added $300 and purchased for $900. Aetna gave me new life. Kayaking rivers and lakes. Soon Aetna will pay 80% of my CPAP equipment. then Aetna will pay for a Pacemaker. The Pacemaker will help me have abetter heart rate for Kayaking.

I have read your reviews from others but have not seemed to have had these problems. My satisfaction is high although I do admit there have been changes that I do not appreciate, which I believe have not been Aetna's fault but rather pharmaceutical. So far, this has only affected my knee gel injection.

She goes far beyond what she should. Please give Sophony a call you will not be sorry. She is calm, and a very sweet lady, she makes you feel important. Just switched to Aetna PPO. I hit a “road bump.” the first day! The customer service rep Sabrina could not have been nicer or more efficient. She immediately got me on a 3 way call with my doctor’s office. The problem was fixed in less than a minute - that’ right less than 60 seconds! I also had help the day before with a rep named Monique (I think! Sorry! But she attempted a 3 way call also but my doctor’s office was closed) Two great experiences on the first two days! Thanks Aetna!

I called customer service today with multiple questions about coverage and services. The representative was very helpful and was able to answer all of my questions. She did not rush me or act like I was in conveniencing her in anyway. Like I said friendly and helpful.

I like the coverage at Aetna better than I do at Humana thank you Aetna 🤓
