Too cheap to mail requested provider directory
Like many others I paid more than $400 a month for Health Insurance from Aetna. Despite the amount of money they take in on premiums alone, after asking at least three times for them to mail a directory of providers, they lied each time and said they would but never did. These multi billion dollar companies continue to nickel and dime customers in this manner. They refuse to accept the fact that some people don’t want to create yet another account and password to access things online! As much as we pay them, they can afford to send every customer a paper directory in the mail along with a physical insurance card.
