Absolute scum of the earth. Absolutely nothing works on the site or on the app. Outdated information, they give you doctors that are 50 miles away, and robbed me of $30,000 dollars after a hit-and-run. File a class-action lawsuit.

Horrible company, They don't honor the medication list reported to them during sign up, after dozens of calls to them regarding their fraudulent representation, and back and forth with doctors and pharmacist still no answers, appeals seem to just end without resolution. Save yourself time and discomfort go with any other insurance company besides Aetna

AETNA IS THE WORST!! The worst worst worst! DO NOT SIGN UP with AETNA!! AETNA IS A THIEF A SCAMMER AND A FELONIUS FRAUD! In every way!! they changed from a good company to a garbage company!! even the rewards they give you …they DO NOT give you!?. I got $75 in rewards for activities to put on some kind of a gift card. They wouldn’t give it to me. But on the phone, they said they would! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GARBAGE ! AS A COMPANY. THEY ARE GARBAGE! THEY LIE AND MAKE FALSE PHONY EMPTY PROMISES. THEY STOLE $75 FROM THE. THEY LIE ABOUT WHAT THE RULES ARE WITH THEIR GUIDELINES ARE THEY ARE LIARS . They wouldn’t even honor THEIR OWN WRITTEN DOWN, GUARANTEES! they don’t honor anything ! they don’t pay for anything! they lie ! their CUSTOMER Service is brain dead. They lie too!! . They lie lie lie lie lie lie lie lie lie they don’t follow through. They don’t keep up with what they say. They are a fraud a scam company and a phony company. They are garbage! Aetna customer service is HORRIBLE.!! Can't get correct input on PPO plans. Switched from HMO to PPO but they still deny claims for basic dental cleaning even though I was told that my dentist was on their PPO plan.

Aetna doesn't pay for anything. If you want to have insurance that doesn't cover anything then Aetna is for you. I live on social security and absolutely nothing is free or low cost about my plan. It's a joke. Worst insurance company ever. And you can't understand the English of the customer service representatives.

Having had a lot of bad experiences dealing with this company. I would give 0 star if I could!

No Health Care Available At Aetna. RUN. If I could give less than one star, I would. I chose (sadly) this plan, which in fewer than two months, I now regret. Aetna failed to properly process my claim more than a week before I ran out. I called to check on the delay, they claim that they ... rejected it ... immediately (20 years, only medicine to take). Several days later after checking on them, Aetna considered that now "a new claim," and had NO INTEREST that I would be missing my medication for several days because of them (i.e., HEALTH CARE?). I will be ill and miss work for more than a week because of this. In a phone conversation, Aetna misrepresented the steps that they took from the first moment my doctor sent the authorization request. Customer service explanations varied within two seconds of the conversation: She couldn't admit that she sent it to the wrong fax number. After being transferred twice, to two different people, one customer agent said she would call my doctor's office with me on the line. ... We were still holding after 20 minutes, and she kept claiming that they were not picking up. While on hold with Aetna, I called my dr. on my other line, and the dr.'s office picked up in fewer than 30 seconds. I do NOT know what she was actually doing. Earlier that morning, I called twice, and the dr.'s office picked up immediately. I got all the correct information for Aetna, and she had a direct connection to the office. Aetna agent said they would still require several more days for them to "decide." My dr. is notably a top dr. in his field, and no other medicine serves this function (several drs. have prescribed it for this purpose over many years). I guess they'll put their heads together and figure out a way to deny it (?). No insurance company in two decades has ever refused my urgent medicine. DO NOT PROVIDE THIS FAILING BUSINESS ANY INCOME!!! I am still sick and do not have my medication!!!

I have submitted a claim for fitness reimbursement three times starting in November of 2024. Each time I call at and ask why I haven't been reimbursed they can't tell me why, only that I have to resubmit the claim and it will take another 30 to 45 days. The four Customer Service people I talked to at Aetna are clueless. They have no idea what's going on and all they do is ask you to resubmit the claim over and over again so that they will never pay you!
