Hi Ray, Thanks for taking the time to write this review. Sorry, you had problems finding the help system. Each screen has a menu bar at the top of the page. In that menu bar, you will see the word Help. Clicking on help will open the software's help system which will help guide you through the purpose, functionality, and navigation of that screen. We also have a knowledge base and video tutorials online. We also have a knowledgeable support staff standing by.

Hi Todd, yes, our software does have an older look to it. But that doesn't mean it is lacking in any modern functionality. Adkad Technologies has been serving the Green Industry since 1997. We have intentionally kept the same look of the software so that there is not a huge learning curve when we release new updates. Our thinking is you would rather be out working, rather than learning new software. The last face lift we did to give the software a modern look was in 2007, and we got a lot of complaints about the new look. People just don't like change. Our intention is to keep our old and current customers happy. Isn't that what a software company should do.
