Hi Barry, Thanks for taking the time to write this review. Sorry it took so long to set up your Fortis Pay account. I will look into the this issue with them. We shopped around for the absolute best rates we could get with our payment integration which is why we offer only the one option. Regarding your invoice delema, Select the option to "print bills with zero balances" in the print bills screen. By the way, we do offer a cloud service to use on mobile devices.

Hi Charles, and thanks for the review. Did you know you can create a snowplowing route(s) from your customer list? This will give you the separation you are looking for. The Chemical Application Reports can be emailed or printed. In the Preview pane, you should see the Email and Print buttons.

Hellow James, thanks for the review. We added the autofill feature for the City, State, and Zip as a way to speed up the data entry process for the user. This works especially well when you are entering all of your customers for the first time, or if all of your customers are in the same Zip Code. Just enter your customers in Zip Code Order. It will prefill with the same data that was used from the previous entry. Just select no when the software prompts you, and it will leave those fields blank ready for data entry. I will present your request to the programmers to add a way to totally disable this feature.

Hi, Vaughn thanks for taking the time to write us. I see from your record you have been using GroundsKeeper Pro since 2007. If you have an exorbitant amount of data you can see degradation in the performance of the software. Older machines will also not process the data as quickly as a newer machine. There is a feature in the Database Maintenance screen to clean up older billing records that are no longer relevant. Also, try the Database Repair Button.
