Software is fine, customer service made me choose a different software
Software is fine, it works, has bugs but you can work arround them. Customer service is horrible. Being a growing business I had to move a few times, obviously had to email support and call them, provide info for new address change. After a few times customer service got fed up with me I guess, "I'm sorry my life is inconvenient for you guys, you made the dumb rules". They would not accept my request and wanted proof of addresses for the past 5 years, copy of statements and more, even though they have all that info already. And at one point was simply told, you should just buy another copy. That was my last straw, I understand being protective of your software, but when they started making up rules as they went, I left it for good. This is not how you become successful by forcing me to buy a software licence that I already have. Never again.

Hi Roman, sorry to see you've gone. There must have been some kind of misunderstanding for this to escalate to this level. The security for our registration process can be a drag but in today's world, it is unfortunately necessary. We have seen a few others frustrated with this process as well. We do feel horrible that you got to this level of frustration. But here is an explanation of our registration change process. Our registration process allows the software to be used on multiple computers without having to purchase multiple copies for new or additional computers, being that it is registered to a person, and not to a computer, as is many other software products. This process not only protects our company from software piracy but also protects the end-user from the theft of their company data from their employees. About 15% of the address change requests that are processed turn out to be fraudulent due mainly to a partnership breakup, or from a former employee who has decided to start their own business and steal away all of their customers. In this scenario, the person making the request poses as the registered user to be able to change the company info to their own. We can only verify that the person making the request is the actual registered user by requiring supporting documentation as proof. The overwhelming majority of end-users prefer this type of registration to protect their data and to avoid having to pay for the same software product multiple times. The $25 fee we charge, recovers only a portion of the actual labor and material costs associated with issuing a new registration number, IE. Printing, mailing, postage, and correspondence. We do value our customers and regret any inconvenience this may cause
