David kept the class light and interesting as well as informative. Very personable and professional, easy to follow. David is very knowledgeable and despite the technical issues with the PowerPoint presentation beyond his control he never missed a beat, knew the product and training without the slides.

Pat was very cheerful & friendly. His explanation on how to install my raised toilet seat was easy to understand. I like that.

Chris recently set up my dream station 2 c pap machine. I really appreciated his patient, calm approach even though he had time constraints. I found him to be very thorough in explaining all details of this machine. Before he left he made sure that I tried it for myself so that I could use it with confidence. All in all, I found this experience to be much more pleasant than I had anticipated because of him.
