I ordered cpap supplies on 12-22 since I had met most of my deductible. I paid the first bill that came. Then more bills came for rental equipment which I don't have. When I called, I was told that the insurance company will not let them bill the full amount up front. They break it up into 3 bills and show the other 2 as rental equipment. Of course, the other 2 have a new deductible year and the claim is a lie since I have no rental equipment. They don't explain any of this up front. DO NOT do business with this company! They are unethical.

Service was fast & friendly. Charly, my salesperson, was flexible to my busy schedule and able to get me going with my CPAP.

The customer service and response time for orders is excellent with Adapt. Over the past few years my husband used the services of Adapt and the experience was always top notch. I am so glad that this company was recommended to us when we needed it.
