Awesome service….they treat the customer right!!!

I had a Luna loaner because of the issues I was having with the machine. The customer service rep was awesome and will be fantastic if she gets the training necessary. She has an excellent attitude and very willing to help in any way she can. With everything that happened from getting the loaner to returning it and different issues that I was told were resolved and weren’t, I think that it was because the CSR wasn’t trained fully. Training is super important so that the CSR can assist with every aspect and the customer should not have to wait a long time.

Robert, the installer, arrived within the stated parameters. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He provided written information about the equipment, a tutorial on how to use the equipment and contact information if it should be necessary. He cleaned up all packaging material and was on his way in less than 1 hour. Great service!

Adept is getting up and running in the medical supply business in Rhode Island and they need more locations in the southern part of the state. That is an opportunity. Driving 40 miles one way isn’t what I would choose. That said, every person we came in contact with from telephone operator when we were lost to the person who got us to the right door to see our technician, Ciara, who was so helpful. ( and a few other helpful folks along the way, too)

They are caring, they take time to listen and explain things to you, they write things down for you, sweet, they have patience, etc..I am very happy with my experience.

I was surprised that I received these 2 pieces of home care products. I’m happy I got them so quick, didn’t expect that. The new boy thing is I had to go down the stairs and carry them up 3 flights, the delivery person didn’t bring them up for me. Thank you for your delivery

Called with his eta, arrived on time, knows the product, answered my questions and showed me the proper uses.

We had to order a walker for my 90 yr mother.. Her general practitioner put in the order and the company followed up with us the very next day. The day after that we had the walker... The delivery person was kind and brought it right inside for us.. Everything went well and we are happy with the service.
