Chris was great .., he set the machine and is ordering the water containers that I ordered over 2 weeks ago when. Spoke to a representative… I don’t recall her name but she assured me they were ordered and they were not that was 2 weeks ago … Aldo this is the 3rd machine set up here the previous 2 were not functioning… hope this is the last one ….

Carl was very professional. I was delighted with the equipment replacement and the help I received on my visit. Constructively, the call-in system is problematic. I started calling March the 8th to discover how to get my AIRSense 11 repaired. Between calls to my physician, Fletchers, ResMed, and all the suggested repair facilities, and discovering that no one is yet certified to do repairs, I finally got scheduled March 20th for an in office visit the next day. I was very surprised and pleased when Fletchers (Carl) replaced my CPAP free of charge.
