The wheelchair arrived on time. The bed was delivered and installed. Representatives were quick, professional and above all courteous.

I was anxious with having the mask on and Kelly assured me what I was feeling was normal and gave me some tips on how to get used to wearing it. She really was very helpful in explaining everything about the machine and mask and how to clean it. When I left there I actually felt a bit excited to start sleeping better and feeling better overall. Still a bit nervous but now I have the tools to ease into it.

Receiving your help and assistance was top notch..had few questions and got info right away..before I left with my walker my customer service worker made sure I knew all the information I might need in future..the walker was adjusted to my height and walked thru all that I needed to know.
