I called this company twice to deliver a product that was under warranty, called mattress gel overlay, and they brought me two separate times the wrong mattress. This product was under warranty. They also told me the third visit that they would haul it away, and the driver outright refused. Poor customer service.

My home oxygen concentrator was not working properly. I called Naples oxygen - North and Cory showed up within a couple of hours. He quickly diagnosed that the concentrator could not be repaired in My Home and replaced it with a new unit. he was very professional and empathetic with my condition.
