Instructor did a great job.

Kris called me and said “ that the mattress was in. And that we would bring it by today (yesterday). I really appreciated that, because he could have brought it another day. And he was at our home, within about 30 minutes. Kris was very professional and helpful.

I love the fact the technician calls and lets me know a little before they arrive. I also appreciate the proactive calling to ensure I don't forget to order.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Will screw you over every chance they get. They over charge for their products and then bill you unexpectedly and for more than you agree too. Had a bill that was supposed to come out for $20, then the bill ended up being over $200 after insurance a month after the bill was supposed to be paid (I had auto pay set up). Tried to dispute the bill with my insurance but apparently the insurance companies and adapt health are in cahoots and ganged up on me on the phone. Why tf would I pay a company over $200 for a cpap mask when I can get the same thing on Amazon for $60 WITHOUT insurance. Nothing but another big medical company trying to suck every penny they can get out of their customers. STAY FAR AWAY FROM ADAPT HEALTH!!
