Pattty was great!!! She was very polite, very helpful, very thorough, answered all our questions with great detail. Patty made sure my husband was satisfied with his selection of mask and reassured him if he had any questions to call. I have a c-pap machine and the company that I was referred to DID NOT even set me up with an appt. My machine and etc was sent by mail. I had to BEG for an appt. and then it was very disappointing. I will be calling Keene medical for Patty to review my fitting to make sure I am on the right path to success. She is the BEST!!!

I'm a first-time user of a CPAP. I went to pick up the CPAP machine in Ventura Ca. I was surprised when I received an email with copies of the paperwork I was required to sign before receiving the machine. The first page stated that I requested to be discharged from Adapt Health against the advice of my primary care physician (Against Medical Advice). That is a Lie! It had my initial on it. I Never signed such a form. I also was never treated my them for anything. They were only providing the CPAP machine. When I called and requested that they remove that document I was hung up on because Iris insisited I didn't sign any paperwork. Ok, I signed a screen! It makes no difference. I relied on my doctor who ordered the device on my behalf. I was already convinced that I needed it

Everyone was very friendly. The technician patiently explained how to use the new machine.
