Brenda totally placed me at ease while explaining the attributes of using my CPAP machine. Brenda took the time to throughly explain the set-up, operation, and care of my new CPAP machine as well as the benefits I would achieve by being a compliant user. I wish there were more compassionate people like Brenda in this world.

I use diabetic supplies. There has been problems and delays with my last 3 orders. Telephone waits an hour or longer, sometimes to be disconnected at the end of the wait. In the past week I have contacted adapt health 3 times. I was repeatedly told there was a problem with the paperwork/order and are waiting on a tracking number to be shipped. How long does it take to get a shipping tracking number? The company needs to invest in a customer call back service to minimize putting customers on hold for longer than 10 minutes.
