ADAPT to customer HEALTH needs
Most good reviews speak of the one-on-one technicians. This is great; however, the call-in service department is very poor. They seem to be driven by a quota system rather than customer service. Many do not listen for understanding and strive for how many customers they can contact per day. They parrot a script and say things like the issue is the "doctor's, patient's, or insurance's issue," "Your wait time has been only so many days/ weeks" or "You need to work around the automated reorder system. We know it doesn't always work for recent reorders." When a company is serving individuals who need the equipment to BREATHE, it is imperative to improve the systems they use rather than blame others. Take some responsibility and ADAPT to your customer's HEALTH needs - improve your technology systems and customer service groups! Oh, check the spelling on your documents. Since your team purports to be "service professionals," then expect to own up to being one. Stop the blame game and help customers breathe. We need these devices for goodness sake.
