Raylund has been my wife's RT since May 2022. We have been extremely happy with his depth of knowledge including tracheostomy management and all related day-to-day tasks involved. He thoroughly explained on how to use my respiratory machine. He has always provided us with excellent tips based on his experiences. He always responds to any questions or situations we run into even during non-business hours. His answers are always clear and concise. He never tells us second-hand info. Moreover, he is someone genuinely compassionate about the well-being of his patient. We are very happy to see him during his monthly visit!

My representative was very knowledgeable about my CPAP unit and all of its functions. She took the time to walk me through each function and made sure all of my questions were answered. She was also very friendly and courteous.

Edward was great. He text me that he was running a little behind because of the rain. But when he got here for me set up and now I’m ready to roll.

Karen always shows up when she tells me,never late, she never wastes my time she does what she has to do and is on her way. Always friendly, always has a smile on her face, asks if I need anything or if there's anything she can do for me..Great employee
