Cannot get statement, charge my credit card before my insurance was billed and now I am having problems getting refund.

From the moment I walked into the door of Aero Care office, I was welcomed by the front receptionist and she checked me in. Angela took me in the office and I explained to her what was going on and she showed me the supplies and asked me which mask would be best for me. She was very helpful and kind. I was very appreciative and grateful. I made sure that I refer others to this company, if they need supplies and/or support dealing with equipment to serve their health needs.

Charlie was thorough with his explanation of my equipment and answered my questions before I could ask them.

Very informative and friendly

I was treat very respectful and kind by the staff. Very knowledgeable, was explained everything very clearly.

Secretary was away from the front desk. Otherwise, everyone was kind.

Cheryl was very professional, knowledgable and polite. She explained my health statistics clearly and provided me with information on obtaining new C-Pap equipment and supplies.
