My shot came when it was said it was going to be. The guy who delivered it was polite.

Staff was attentive, punctual with delivery and very understanding when I was unable to use the device properly, re arranging a different pick up date.

They showed up. The guy was pleasent. Knowable. Im impressed.

Everything was handled very professional from the 1st phone call to the technician.

The sales associate was great and very knowledgeable about the product. She took the time to explain how the product is used and maintained. She also contacted me the next day to make sure everything went as it was suppose to the first night.

The woman listened to my concerns about the delivery of air in my machine and checked it out for defects before adding suggestions.

I would challenge anyone to find a company worse than Adapt Health. I have never dealt with a more inept, dishonest organization.

Was on time and to the point. Gave me the information that I need to get started
