Never use auto ship with this company!!! I have been trying to cancel my order for 9-10 months. Swithched CPAP machines and no longer need the type tubes and supplies. Have spoken with sevwral people who say Im not in Auto ship..... but, that I orderd these supplies - and I did not. I send them back and the bills keep coming. There is no wat to ever shut off auto ship. Not even with email!!!

I first was given just the nose pads but they didn't work out - apparently I'm a mouth breather. Although reaching the exact location where I got these was difficult, at best (phone lines go thru main office out of state), when I did get thru and requested a mask they were very accommodating as I am currently in the hospital, won't be able to drive for at least 3 weeks and requested having the new mask to be picked up by my daughter. All other representatives told me that the new mask would have to be mailed to me and would take 7-14 days. This office looked up my account, verified that they did have a mask and when my daughter arrived to pick up the new mask, it was all ready. Appreciate the understanding and quick response.
