I spent months trying to get AdaptHealth to provide me with a box and shipping for a CPap machine. Now I know why. They wanted to keep billing. They are very nice until you catch on to the scam. NEVER provide a credit card for auto billing. Insist on paper bills. They will not leave a paper trail if they can help it.

Billing is often duplicated. Can’t understand people answering phone. Looses Doctor’s reports. Customer service is rude and won’t help you. Actually, they need a different accounting system. Local office is great.
