Very pleasant and knowledgeable

If I could give negative stars I would! This company has billed me over $3200 for a machine that costs $800. I have paid out of pocket over $900 and my insurance has paid additional. They keep sending invoices and emails and when I try to get resolution they keep saying they will check into it and call me back but they don't. I firmly believe this company is committing FRAUD! In addition, they baited me into ordering $180 in supplies, saying it would be covered by insurance and then billed me personally. DON"T USE THIS Company...you can buy the product outright for a better prize off AMAZON!

DO NOT TRUST THEM! Look them up! They have had several lawsuits against them about fraudulent billing. I have been dealing with them for almost a year and they continued to try to charge me for cost that has been covered by my insurance. They even said that the cost of the CPAP machine will "reset" if you have change of insurance...like I have to pay them all over again??...as if the previous payments did not count?? How is this NOT fraud??? Agents are useless...maybe 1/10 of them is knowledgeable; horrible attitude and hard to understand. A woman continues to call me and threatens to send me to collection for a bill that is NOT even posted on my account. When I asked her over the phone why the bill was not showing up on my end she sounded confused...and then she changed something right then and said " do you see it now?....so how are you going to pay today?"...with no explanation of insurance coverage or other details at all! The woman even claimed that the unposted invoice is past due for 6 months but it was never posted??? As a law abiding citizen, this creates tremendous amount of stress and I have to sacrifice lunch time at work to deal with them often. I do not mind paying my dues but do not try to scam me for cost for which I am not responsible. Can you imagine if this were to happen to an elderly patient who has difficulty navigating the Internet or a smart phone??? Terrible people! If your doctor uses them, ask for another company! DO NOT TRUST THEM! Do NOT GIVE UP; continue to fight them and ask fro details!

Met with Rhonda at your Bogart, Georgia location to attend an orientation session for my new BIPA ST equipment. I found Rhonda to be very professional and she explained everything I needed to know. She took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed then throughly. Great customer service and I will recommend them to all my friends. Thank you!
