This company is a nightmare to do business with. I’ve waited for months for a modem to be replaced based on the age and it’s been several months . Every time I call, they promise a solution and the equipment promised never comes.

The first night of delivery , October 31 which is Halloween Jim did not come to deliver our Oxygen until 9:45 pm .Gerald had gotten home from the hospital at 6 pm. We were told he would be here at 7:30 and he did not show up until 9:45 that was not timing.
