While the automated phone system is a bit of a pain (which one isn't?) The people you reach are courteous and helpful. The delivery team was 100% professional bringing items in/ out and set-up in every way. They were a pleasure to work with. One of the crew was obviously being trained but they handled each step with all the care you could ask.

Took forever (3 and a half weeks) to get a new Res Med Cpap! A comedy of errors! Would be 1 star but Ryan was outstanding walking me through my new machine. He had it all set up beforehand, was patient and answered all my questions. Very professional! I've used CPAP for 10 years and really struggle without it. Lucky my old machine was workable. Would have been a mess without it! Has to be a more streanlined process!
