Michael took his time and made that we were comfortable with everything that we needed to know. All questions were answered and were done so that we understood what he was saying to us. He made my husband feel relaxed and actually looking forward to using this machine. I made sure that the mask was fitting properly and made sure that he was comfortable with it. The first one was recalled a few years back. I was even looking forward to my husband having this machine. It was a pleasure working with Michael.

They aren't even worth one star. A miserable excuse for a company. Totally unhelpful. They are experts in transferring you to someone else in their company that is clueless. A company without knowledge of the products they supply!!! The Kirkland WA Manger, told us to 'google' how to use the DME after he couldn't find anyone who knew anything about the respiratory equipment they supplied. If you need DME, use another organization!
