When we needed equipment, you came immediately to deliver. When we had finished using it, we contacted you and you came promptly. The driver was courteous and even offered his condolences. Very much appreciated.

First time ever getting a medical device. Everything went nice and smooth. Very nice people working there.

Amanda was awesome! From the time I walked in for my appointment the ladies at the front desk were nice and Amanda was very good with explaining how the cpap machine works. It was a very good experience.

This company repeatedly lied to me and repeatedly said that they confirmed with my insurance that items were covered. Then they shipped me almost 1000$ of items. NONE WERE COVERED BY INSURANCE. Then they started with the harassing phone calls of money I owed them for items that they illegally sent with me specifically telling them NOT to send. I returned all the items as listed on invoices by a supervisor, with his word that they debt would be voided for these items that I specifically told them NOT TO SEND TO ME. After I returned all of the items of the scam transaction, I am still receiving harassing phone calls saying that I still owe almost 400$. Unbelievable. Do NOT trust or deal with this company.

It was late when they had to come out. They were so nice with helping me. Thank you so much

I would of gave a 5 but when I got there I had to explain myself why I was and was asked a few times to give them my name and birthdate after I was signed in at the front desk. The guy that was gathering the group kept asking me my name and birth date made me feel like I was being singled out. Cause he didn’t ask anyone else for their name and birth dates. But other than that everyone else seemed to know what they were doing. I just wanted to say that Alejandra was very professional and very knowledgeable and friendly she gets 5 stars
