Staff members Brandon and Julissa have been very communicative and supportive introducing me to processes, procedures, equipment operation, and expectations.

The worst customer service experience, not due to the people ler say, but the automated phone system. After spending 8 mins working through it, I had the pleasure to leave a voice mail that never got returned. Getting items picked up has been a challenge as well. We continue to get stood up. While we didn't choose them directly as the discharge people from the hospital did, I will make a point to NOT use them again.

The young man that delivered my medical equipment was very polite and helpful made sure that he called to let me know he was on the way he he didn't just show up at the house and leave it on the porch he waited brought it in the house very very professional and polite
