Hugh’s service call was great!!! He arrived at12:00! AM, as he told us he would. We were pleased with the after hours repair service! He was very polite and courteous and took care of the repair quickly.

Manny made the appointment very comfortable for my teen daughter. It is our first time using this machine and it seems complicate to use but his explanation made it super easy to follow. Thank you.

Georgette is a caring professional who always tries her best to solve the problem I have. She did so today as well. We still have one important issue to deal with or I would have scored the visit a five. My machine does not address the issue of my sleep apnea! It doesn't start me breathing when my breathing stops.

Initial contact was very positive and comforting in this time of uncertainty, as I have not dealt with this before. I mean Medicare, Ins. hospitals, emergency transportation, etc., way too much to deal with, but you folks came through. Thank you. C.W. Strand

Having a current experience with my old ResMed Airsense 10, I was very familiar with the set-up for my new ResMed ASV machine. The RT who helped me was pleasant and knowledgeable. This was a great experience.

Adam was great, professional yet compassionate to my Mother. Thank you Adam for braving the terrible traffic to bring my mother her walker. As a Nurse myself, everyone knows Fletchers is the place to go for any DME. TY
