Took money from my bank card without sending invoice for charges after I thought I had closed my account. Calling them didn't resolve anything. They said I owed for Jan 2023 payment for CGM delivered Dec 2022. On an account that was set up with auto pay. Every statement sent to me never showed this being due. If you have a choice DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

My experience was very good, Ruth explained everything that might be possibly wrong with my machine and took the time to determine what exactly was wrong, which meant she had to send the machine back for further review. Ruth was very friendly, very knowledgeable about the functions of my CPAP machine and took whatever time was needed for me to feel comfortable with the steps we were taking to move forward. Ruth was the technician I dealt with when I first received my CPAP machine many years ago and she was just as helpful all those years ago.

Tony is fantastic!!! She's very personable, very knowledgeable, very helpful!!! She is a HUGE asset to your company. I'd love to see her if I need to come into the office sgain!!! By the way, I'm very happy with Fletchers!! Fletchers calls me frequently to find out if I need supplies. Dr Peter Nassar Jax Sleep Ctr originally sent me to a company I assume they contract with cuz it was attached to their office but they never called me about supplies so I didn't know if my insurance would pay. When my insurance changed to UHC, Fletchers took over and calls me on a regular basis which I appreciate! I did have one issue with the water tank.It was sticking to the machine which I never had problems like that before but Fletchers was quick to replace it. ☺️

All around terrible company. Took forever for them to get my order right. Ended up being out of network with my insurance (BCBS) and did not tell me when I was ordering my breast pump. Customer service is awful. I have talked to more than a dozen people about the same thing over and over again with no resolution. I am going to end up pays hundreds of dollars for a breast pump my insurance would normally for fully. Will be telling everyone I know in the medical field not use this company or recommend this company to their patients.

Met with Respiratory Therapist, Diane. Such a wonderful positive experience. Diane thoroughly explained the process of obtaining a new CPAP machine through my health insurance plan and was extremely helpful in selecting and fitting of a new mask that will actually work for me!
