Customer service at Concord office is and has always been poor starting with receptionist. However outstanding Respiratory Therapist every encounter . Today was no exception, she was outstanding. Same in regard to Brittany in Lebanon office I believe. Both are responsible for this customer from not almost deciding to change after 1” years to Apria. Horrible customer service. Multiple missed deliveries of tanks,the latest one 12/21/2023. I called the morning of to confirm delivery and then again at 4:30 pm and was told both times I was to have delivery. Delivery was never made. On 12/22/2023 we were told by manager (Donna) that my husband could pick up tanks. He drove over a hour and gets there and was told he could not get tanks due to needing something from Dr.I am currently looking to switch companies. I've had nothing but problems since adapt health took over
