Jon Plankey was very knowledgeable about the technical aspects of the CPAP machine. He was also very supportive with customer service and easy to talk with. It was a very pleasant experience getting my new ResMed CPAP machine.

It was easy getting in touch, but most importantly, the representative who came to help install the unit was friendly, professional, and clear with all her instructions. She guided me through each and every step. She also gave me great information about the use of my CPap cleaning unit (although she was careful not to make any recommendations).

Deliveries were timely. They setup The equipment quickly and demonstrated how to use. We needed bed safety railing for 2 sides (1-side is standard) & they brought and set up either the same day or the next. Very polite and fastidious.
