I was so surprised while I was waiting for my husband to be brought out of surgery into his hospital room an Adapthealth representative arrived with a new walker that the surgeon requested. Told me my insurance had paid for it. Now I call that service!

Mary Beth along with a therapist she was training made sure my husband and I understood everything about our machines. We never felt rushed and actually felt educated about some of our issues before they left. It was an absolute pleasure having them visit us yesterday.

My husband needed to get a cpap mask fitting and they said they called but no messages left on the phone. Customer service terrible difficult to get to talk to someone and when you do we keep getting shuffled to different people with no answer to getting scheduled. Had to call many times before issue could be resolved. Worst customer service!!! Still not resolved issue of getting an appointment.

I wand sent nasty bed rails they were sent to me by AdaptHealth with my hospital bed. This is the condition they arrived in. They are absolutely filthy and pose a potential health hazard, especially for anyone with an autoimmune disease or other serious medical conditions. Not only are they disgustingly dirty, but they were clearly not sanitized before being delivered. Medical equipment should arrive clean, disinfected, and safe for patient use. Sending equipment in this condition is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about patient safety and infection control.

Great staff that brought a great experience, can’t thank them enough for their help and assistance. I plan to apply here tonight and see if I can start helping out the company as well as the community.
