Sandie was pleasant and knowledgeable and patient. I was trained on all aspects of my cpap unit. Sandie also assisted me with the myair app. She answered all of my questions. A very friendly and thorough training presentation.

This company practices deceptive and fraudulent practices. You will be told a lower figure for the monthly CPAP cost (and then be overcharged) and that you won't have to pay for supplies ordered within certain time periods and then be charged. The company makes it hard to contact them for resolution and then will tell you something different from what they originally said. You can get supplies for much less elsewhere--stay away!

This the worst company I have ever dealt with! Just to talk with an actual person you have to go through the AI phone tree just to get put on hold for 30 minutes. Which I’m sure is intended so you will just hang up. I was directed to them by my HCP because they are the only local source. I was prescribed a bipap machine that didn’t work. After trying unsuccessfully to return it my doctor had write an order for them to take it back. Now they have the machine they are still charging me for it. Going forward I will go wherever I need to go not do any business with Adapt Health! Don’t care at all about your health, just the money!

Ordering is very easy, billing is a nightmare. They lied to me when I ordered, confirming the amount that I needed to pay, then sent multiple other bills following the single order I made. Everyone that I chat with seems to have just woken up, they don't really speak english or understand anything about insurance. You'll want to look for another place to order from.
