The turnaround time for any of my sons supplies is astonishingly fast. Cheryl was very good about communicating the timeframe of her arrival. She throughly explained the use of the device and highlighted different features of the machine. She also provided resources for replacement of consumable items and aided in fitting the best sleeping mask. Overall, the entire experience of having something so intrusive as a CPAP is daunting; but I felt grateful to have such a kind person setting me up with it.

I was approved on dec 20th and I had to make several trips into the local office to finally get my new cpap on 1/18/24 because the people who work for adapthealth dropped the ball. I am not impressed with your company and would not recommend you!
