Im a current patient. The cpap machine that was purchased from adapt health has malfunctioned and is not working. I have spent two days on the phone trying to get help. I have been on hold for hours and have left unanswered messages. But this company will call me at 8am every morning until I place an order! Still dont know when this much needed machine will be replaced!

AdaptHealth is one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. Horrible communication, cancelling orders without notification, only to find out when I called as they ignored several emails. Very poor execution from this company.

Ed, the technician, was great...listened to my issue with claustrophobia and came up with a mask that I am comfortable trying again. It was very frustrating that we could not call the Concord, NH office directly to schedule the fitting appointment...it took 4 calls to finally have the message sent to the Concord Office. When we checked in at the front desk, the guy stated that both fitters were busy & asked us to sit down & wait. We waited 20 minutes before the technician came over & he apologized because he had not been contacted by the front desk person that we were waiting. Not good customer service from the front desk person.
