I spoke with someone from Adapt Health on the phone about the cost and payment. It was suppose to be $16 upfront then billed $40 per month for 6 months, with my insurance. This was suppose to include everything. Starting in September I got everything, training, machine and supplies. October was billed for $40... November billed for $40.... then December billed first week $70... second week $50... Third week $170.... Fourth week billed for $20. Then in January billed $20. Now this month I'm being billed $55 and 43 with 2 days in between bills. Now on paid invoices on my account info, its missing multiple payments. Be very carefully with this company. I'm currently fighting this loosing battle.
