Terrance did a great job delivering the oxygenator to my hotel. It was in the room when I arrived. There was a box of tubing and connectors with the oxygenator so I could use it. Thank you Terrance for taking stress out of my trip.

I received two invoices and paid both invoices on one CC card payment. two weeks later I get the same invoice number with a different total. Wait a minute, I already paid invoice xxyyzz on 1/22 and now you come back at me with the same invoice two weeks later at a higher amount. Sorry I have a receipt stating XXyyzz was paid. Glad I stopped autopay which you can't do online. You can turn it on but not off online. Great system

This place is absolutely amazing and they are extremely helpful. They show you what is covered by insurance and what you would have to pay out of pocket for. Everytime I have spoken to someone on the phone they are very kind
