It was easy to fill out a contact form and leave a service request. Upon calling Fletcher's Medical the Customer Service person was exceptional, polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. She told me the time frame for a Technician to arrive and that was it, fast easy done.

Tech was very knowledgeable about machine and masks and made sure that I knew everything about the machine and and how to properly fit the mask.

John was fantastic. But I called customer service and was on hold for a long time. I finally selected the call back option. No one ever called. When I went directly to the local office, John immediately began making calls and continued helping me for 2 hours until he got everything resolved. He deserves a bonus and a raise.
