I may have omitted my 5 - star review in my previous post, but my whole experience at AeroCare Home Medical @ the 901 Leuda location in Ft. Worth was above and beyond my expectations. The representative, Mel Cuevas, was very knowledgeable and informative. She thoroughly covered everything I needed to know about my new machine. AeroCare is blessed to have such a dedicated representative and I highly recommend them for your medical supply needs. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Adapthealth are absolute criminals. They send out bills with an already inflated price but then send bills marked up 600% to your insurance. If it was not medical they would be in prison for extortion, racketeering and insurance fraud. Avoid them like the plague

Davy was well spoken and apparently has a lot of knowledge and dictates what’s expected to remain compliant with machine and health system. Davy was able to answer any questions we had in class and gave us an opportunity to call him for any suggestions or support to maintain healthy sleep and machine set ups we aren’t familiar with. Davy did a seminar of teaching us how to use machine and wear the mask . Thank you kindly Davy !!

Adapt Health had called numerous times after I told them to stop. They were trying to get my insurance information to set up a CPAP machine without providing me the information of who was requesting it. I was told by a J. that it was the HIPPA Law and this was the reason she could not provide me with the doctor who was requesting it. After this initial call it was nonstop 2-3 times daily via email, text, or calls. After the seventh day of calls, an individual C. stated that he was from Adapt Health and he had my CPAP machine ready and again needed information from my insurance. I informed him I still don't know who the requesting doctor is and he decided to give me the name and the results of my test. I responded by stating, "Again I will not give any information until my doctor calls me". Later that day I received a call from my doctor's office saying that I had called them requesting my results, (which was false). Someone from Adapt Health had called my doctor's office impersonating me as if I wanted my results. If this is how they practice, I will be seeking out for an attorney.

The office sent the wrong tanks even though I spoke with a representative to ensure that the correct tanks were sent. Marquis the delivery driver corrected the issue and returned the following day with the correct tanks. Marquis is very knowledgeable and professional you should be very proud to have that young man as an employee.

Ray Walker came to pick up the Wheelchair since we did not find it user friendly. And, Ray was very patient, understanding, and professional in his approach. He took the time to understand our issues and offered suggestions and alternatives.

Tristen was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the equipment, she patiently walked me through the options and instructions
