Their bills are unclear, and misleading. I had the company send me a bill for $360 for supplies, 7 months after they had already charged me a lesser amount for the products in error. The bill showed charges for the tubing replacement at $72.54 but the tubing at full price on their website is $49. It was the same for all items listed on the $360 invoice. Plus, they had already billed me a lower amount previously for the SAME ITEMS, inflating the cost to me even more. When I called to ask she said the bill was just an estimate. Why would you send someone an estimated bill higher than you charge on your website? In what circumstances would that ever be the amount? Seems fraudulent to me. I truly wonder if they would have charged me those prices if I hadn't called them. When asked why it took so long to get me this bill, they said they just received back my EOB from my insurance. I asked if I had any other open claims. The response was no, so why would this claim take so long? In my opinion this means someone on their end screwed up, not me. In addition, I have found their prices to be higher. I found the cost for my headgear replacement parts much cheaper at another site. I spent over an hour trying to get them to "price match" like their company says but instead sat on hold for over 30 minutes. When someone finally answered it was the CPAP shop, instead of adapt health marketplace. This company is a JOKE Also, I got new insurance 2 months into my rental to own period. As a result, the rental period had to start over meaning I'm ending up paying more for the machine than if I purchased it outright. I'm essentially being penalized for having a new insurance provider. Shouldn't it be about the cost of the machine? Thank goodness it was only two months in or I could have been paying double the cost of the machine. Maybe this is standard practice but it seems shady to me. The people at the Adapt Health when I got my machine were very nice and friendly. Overall my issue is with their hidden billing practices and poor customer service.

Greg was great! He made the environment feel comfortable and calm. Explained everything in detail so that I would understand. He was patient with my questions. I would highly recommend going to Greg when getting set up for your first machine.

Jeremiah, who managed the delivery and set up of the critical care equipment we needed, was spectacular in every way. He was polite, considerate, focused, highly skilled at his job, and completely professional. The company itself provided five-star service, but Jeremiah's service would have earned a sixth star if that were possible. It was a great experience, and we sincerely thank everyone who made it happen.
