Kenneth made everything seamless. He brought my equipment to the hospital and was even sitting and waiting for me to be brought down for discharge. He then walked to the truck and helped load the equipment. This company goes above and beyond. That was very helpful after having major surgery.

Nik was absolutely wonderful. What was not wonderful was your app and while I was typing they would drop the chat. What was not wonderful was that your phone line is not open very long (10:00-4:00). Also, that I recd a call on Wed telling me two days to receive my device and then on Thurs another call stating two days. I couldn’t breathe and needed the dme immediately. When I told two different call reps that I was told two days from Wed, they both denied this. Spoke with a Supervisor named Rachel. She told me that my tracking number was correct and that fed ex and ups deliver on the weekend. Then I recd a text stating the tracking number and that it would be delivered on Monday! Absolutely terrible. After 10, yes that’s right 10 phone calls I got the device. Biggest problem was communication. Nobody told me that my husband could go to pick the device up at the local place.

Jimmy is an outstanding respiratory therapist. He cares about each patient and loves his career. His customers service skills are on point. He exudes kindness, shows empathy, and explains everything in terms that the patient can understand. He is definitely an asset to the Adapt family. Highly recommend him, without reservations.

Overall, everything went great with the delivery attitude. Wise explaining to me how to use it wise. I definitely appreciate it, and will use it again. Overall. If I have to ever use it again.

The least organized vendor with whom I have ever dealt. I get both diabetic and apnea supplies. I place an order online and get a call from an overseas support person a week late who verifies my 10 year old information that never changes that would be about the twentieth intake session I had with these guys. They say things will ship but they don't know what they are talking about. A week later I have to call in. I end up talking to 5 people each of whom I have to explain who I am and why I'm calling. It turned out I had not placed an order in 6 months and when that happens you can't order online you have to call your local Adapthealth location. Why didn't the online portal tell me that 2 weeks before? With these guys one hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing. I need cpap supplies not a part time job repeating myself over and over again. Their app and their systems are totally sub par and what they offers does not come close to user friendly service.

It was easy to schedule an appointment with a therapist to review the operation of my CPAP device and proper use of the mask. She was very professional and addressed all my questions.

The service that Christine gives is A1. She knows what she is talking about. She makes us very comfortable with the equipment. She is just a very good person to have on my sons team of professionals. She is very nice and courteous at all times. It is definitely a pleasure seeing her every month
