Toni treated me in an exceptionally caring, friendly and professional manner. She answered all of my many detailed questions in expert fashion. I was thinking to leave Fletcher's because of previous problems with over-aggressive billing and lack of staff follow-up, but Toni made me want to stay a loyal customer. She made a huge difference today and I'm grateful.

Our serviceman was great! First, he came at night so I wouldn't be without oxygen even for one night. He didn't flinch when my little dog started barking. He just spoke gently and all was fine. Most importantly, he sent me a picture so I would know it was him at the door.
