Great rapport, very professional looked everything over to make sure everything was good

Technically competent, customer-friendly technician. There was an error in my prescription and the technician took the time to engage my doctor to straighten it out - great service.

This company is so unethical. I have never felt so exploited by a company in my life. They are the 'CPAP Industrial Complex'. Essentially once you get a CPAP they spam you incessantly, force products on you daily, and then if you and your doctor decides you don't need the CPAP after all, they send you scary letters insisting you'll owe them $5000 if you don't return it. And then they make it really hard to return the equipment. These people have also been sued (good "AdaptHealth class action lawsuit"). Here is some info about this shady industry (google "snooze you lose insurances make the old adage literally true propublica"). I don't know how these people look themselves in the mirror. They only care about money.

We were very impressed with Edward. He was very knowledgeable, very polite, and he put us at ease immediately. Our regular front desk Customer Service lady, named Kayla, is by far the kindest, hardest-working and helpful CS Agent we've encountered in the Jacksonville area. The lady before Kayla, that trained her was also fantastic but Kayla has taken service to a whole new high level! We come in during the week to refill our oxygen cylinders & Kayla is very organized and prompt, even though she's assisting several other clients at a time. PLEASE take the time to share these comments with her--and I hope you commend her because she deserves the company's praise!! ~ Sam
