On time accurate delivery.

I called in the afternoon Tuesday. I got a call Wednesday morning saying I’m about 50 minutes out. I can pretty much plan my delivery day if I have things to do.

We have been with Adapt Health for over a year now and have had a wonderful experience. They are very communicative, friendly and helpful! Marie and Tonya in the AZ office have always gone over and beyond to help me with the supplies my daughter needs, and they are so kind and understanding. I am so grateful for them both!

The office staff is always helpful when I visit or call. They take my order or help with what I need. Josh White is a special individual that the world needs more of. I depend on him and rest of the team. I consider them a lifeline.

Scott patiently explained the nuances of the oxygen concentrator and reassured us that he'd be available to come back to our home if we ever had questions about the machine.

They called ahead to ask me when it would be convenient for them to come out and check my oxygen equipment. The technician was really nice, respectful, helpful, and thorough. He inspected the unit, replaced something that is supposed to be replaced annually, and had me clean the filter. I didn’t realize how dirty it was! He even confirmed my correct health insurance information. Tech was very personable! He didn’t mind my cat sniffing all over while checking him out, either. The tech said it must be because of his dog. Dealing with Adapthealth has been a really good experience overall.
