Everybody at this hospital cares! They have taken exceedingly good care of all my needs. I couldn’t be happier. All of the care teams and doctors are amazing. I recommend this hospital highly.

He was amazing and so accommodating. He took a video showing us how everything works. Give this man a raise!! He went above and beyond

He called before he got here to let me know he was on his way. He sent pic of himself to let me know what he looked like so I wouldn't be afraid. He rang door bell when he got here to let me know it was outside. He was courteous.

Tried to get help with their app which wouldn’t let me order. I contacted support and was told they couldn’t help me since I already ordered. I asked why they couldn’t figure out why and I kept getting the same answer. I asked for a supervisor and tried to tell them that it didn’t make sense to me that they couldn’t figure out why I couldn’t order. I was told they explained this to me and hung up on me. Recontacted them and was told they would all in an hour. Terrible

I have been in a frustrating spin for 4 months trying to receive my CPAP supplies. Called repeatedly only to hear the same info that they will contact my health care providers to get the current prescription. I call the health care providers who say either "never contacted" or were emailed with a providers name that was not the person I saw for prescription. Today, I again gave Adapt the correct provider's name and clarified that the person I was speaking with at Adapt would take of this correctly. Only then I was told that this was not his responsibility but gets passed on to "processing" where apparently the confusion continued to happen. Asked for a supervisor, hopefully this info will now be sent to the right person.

We visited the Adapthealth in Shalotte, N.C. when my mom forgot a piece of her cpap machine while we were traveling. The staff were so friendly and helpful and got us exactly what we needed so quickly. It’s such a relief to find such human and caring help when you’re in a stressful situation.
