Horrific company. Does not communicate well. Orders not done right, staff gaslights after they mess up. This company needs to train employees better.

AdaptHealth is responsible for my diabetic supplies. Those supplies are the Dexcom G7 as well as all of my insulin pump cartridges and tubing. I have had nothing but issues with them billing me, saying they haven't received paperwork my doctor has sent them multiple times and the most recent issue - they have been taking money from my auto-draft set up when my account had a credit because they charged me even though my insurance paid them and I didn't actually owe them money. They owe me back over $1,000. I figured that out on Tuesday, August 4th. Then this morning (8/7), I get a call from them telling me that I needed to call my insurance company to tell them I didn't have any other insurance because my insurance had denied a claim. I asked the man on the phone for the date of the claim. He gave it to me (5/30/26). I just so happened to have the paperwork in front of me from Adapt themselves and my EOB's. Not only had my insurance company paid them, but Adapt billed me when I had a $0 deductible and they took money out of my account. I let the man on the phone know this. He told me I was wrong and that the 2 orders I had now were going to be denied as well. I kindly let him know that they already charged and took my money for one of the orders that had been placed and hadn't even been shipped to me yet. I also told him that they hadn't even submitted a claim. He got mad and told me he would be calling me back about the May 30th denied claim. I told him if he would look in his system, he would see it had been paid by my insurance company. I gave him the date and amount of payment. I then told him to not call me ever again when his company owed me money and he had obviously not done his due diligence, considering the paperwork I was looking at was from AdaptHealth showing the payment to my "denied" claim. I am so sick of this company. Every time my equipment comes up for refill, there is a problem. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME! It is annoying and a huge waste of my time. But the fact that I audited them and found that they have been taking my money while my account has had a credit; I'm furious. I work hard for my money. I wish I could find another company to get my supplies through.

Maria was amazing. I loved how she had my husband do "hands on" training. He is way more comfortable with the idea of wearing CPAP now. And she's funny. Thanks Maria. :)

The delivery and setup was great. The agent was very respectful and courteous.

I received my oxygen concentrator and was blown away by how quiet it is. It’s easy to operate and maintain. The two technicians were very personable, knowledgeable and professional. Great job!

Summer was perfectly thorough as she showed me how to use and take care of my cpap machine. She answered all my questions just by the instructions she gave. I was so amazed at how thorough she was explaining everything to me. That was the easiest machine I have ever learned how to operate and take care of. I highly recommend WeCare Medical LLC for your medical equipment and supply needs! They are very friendly and the facility was really clean.
