We had great experiences with the service technicians and the bed was fine, but it was a tricky process returning it. I had to call a few times and fill out a form. But the more disturbing issue is learning that the mattresses are tossed out, rather than re-covered and reused. That is egregious and unnecessary waste.

I got better instructions on air tank and portable oxygen concentrator. John was very helpful in answering my questions about the equipment we are using. He changed the filter that I was concerned with and showed me the hepa filter on the large oxygen concentrator and explained when it should be changed. Thank you.

These are the most incompetent people I've ever spoken to. I was transferred 10+ times and on the phone for over an hour. They just keep sending you back to the automated menu. SO frustrating

Great service from Wendi in the Gadsden office who has been checking in on me about every two weeks. Very personal service from her. You can tell she really cares about her clients. I am new to this company, but all ready extremely pleased with the service of getting my oxygen equipment approved and delivered within less than 24 hours. Unbelieveable!!!! The service from those on the phone has been great too. I can understand them. They do not talk with an accent that I can not understand. Thank you for that!!!! My deliver came even though it was after hours to make sure I had my equipment before I traveled. It was extremely hot, but he never complained. Just the best service!!! Can not thank your team enough!!!
