I was referred to Adapthealth by my ENT for CPAP equipment. I research everything and read reviews on numerous platforms, mostly negative like here! Plust the fact that they repeatedly wanted my credit card number before they'd proceed! RED FLAG! Now, upon reviewing my insurance claims I see Adapthealth submitted and got paid for a claim for DIABETES SUPPLIES!! Nobody ordered anything and I NEVER received anything!! This was reported to my insurance company today as a possibly fraudulent claim!!

Jorge was terrific. He was knowledgeable, patient, caring and delivered the information well.

Their billing department has no clue what they are doing. They can’t explain anything surrounding the bill and what you are getting billed for. Third month in a row trying to get something straightened out and they have no answers.

The whole process. The field tech arrived on time, assembled unit, explained how to use lift. He was pleasant and helpful

I called to speak with a person in the travel department for my 78 year old elderly mother who has a pacemaker and is on full-time oxygen called before and was yelled at and berated by a man who would not give her his name. When she called me, she was in tears and shaking she was so upset. I thought maybe she just got confused so I called to find out what the deal was. I must have gotten the same man as immediately when he answered the phone was gruff and rude as hell. I just tried to ask a simple question, and he wanted to yell at me about Obama care and how the laws work. He wouldn't hardly let me get a word in and kept talking over me, so I told him to take a hike in a not so nice fashion and hung up. He then texted my phone from a cell phone -not the company line and threatened to have my mother's oxygen taken away because I cussed at him! She would die without her oxygen! A real POS!!! I should consult an attorney! We have notified her insurance provider, and they have filed a complaint as well! We did find out that the man's first name is Russ.
