minimal wait time, person who waited on me listened and gave me options

I would rate the people who drop off oxygen equipment at our house as amazing. But the support staff and automated calling system are terrible. I had no choice of companies for oxygen equipment but if I did I would never use these people again. Lack of equipment, expensive, understaffed

The outstanding customer service received from Randalph. He was very helpful, courteous, and assisted me in making a decision about the bed and future items I might need to assist and accommodate my mother. His patience was greatly appreciated! I also am thankful for his knowledge and instruction regarding the equipment he delivered.

As it was the first time going to your Warwick it was great the therapist was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in an easy way for me to understand.

Robert delivered new electric bed and hoyer lift. He explained how both operated. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He is always a pleasure to have in our home.
