John the service person was great,i had nothing but a great expercience with this person. my problem lies within the local office in New Braunfels, in my opinion this office is being totally mis-managed . I had been asking for help since before Thanksgiving and just now today it was finally taken care of thanks to the dedication of John the service person . He needs help and he needs it now,one person cannot take care this big of an area by them selfs.
